§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. This Privacy Policy applies to persons using the Website located at the URL: http://pensjonatnovobilski.wa.profitroom.com
    and is effective from 25.05.2026.

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), we inform that:

  1. We process data for the following purposes:
    1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    3. considering complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    4. storage of documentation and fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
    5. sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
    6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – requesting completion of a survey or answering a few questions regarding the quality of services provided (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  2. Providing data is voluntary, however necessary to use the services. If consent is given, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking a checkbox containing the terms of consent granted.
  3. If a person has consented to data processing (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), data is processed until the consent is withdrawn; however, after this period, information about who, when, and what consent was given may be archived (for establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims). In other cases, data is processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g., contract performance, responding to inquiries, tax regulations, etc.) Processing periods depend on the possibility of establishing, pursuing, or defending claims or when data retention is required by tax regulations.

  7. Visitors to the Website may fill out a form and subscribe to the newsletter and provide an e-mail address and/or phone number as basis for automatic contact.
  8. Visitors to the Website may consent to us conducting advertising campaigns on social networks targeted based on the email address.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use the services of programming companies and teleinformatics system maintainers with whom we have relevant agreements. These agreements include rules of data processing and confidentiality. These data are not shared, and none of these companies are permitted to process data differently than specified in the agreement. Your data, if these companies have access to them, may be processed only for the purpose of proper service provision.
