PAYMENT TERMS:
To guarantee a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the reservation value is required. If the reservation is canceled or the date changed up to 14 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded within 14 days of the cancellation. If you do not arrive at the hotel on the day of arrival, the paid deposit is forfeited. Shortening the stay or not using any of the services does not reduce the value of the offer. It is not possible to price individual services separately. Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of the facility regulations.
