FACILITY REGULATIONS
Novobilski Facility Regulations
- The regulations define the rules of service provision, liability, and staying on the premises of the guesthouse and are an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by signing the registration card in case of concluding the contract at the reception of the facility, and in case of remote contract conclusion – by making a reservation and paying a deposit or the full amount for the stay, depending on the individual agreement of the parties regarding payment.
- The regulations apply to all guests staying on the premises of Novobilski.
- The regulations are available for inspection at the reception, in every hotel room, and on the hotel website.
- The guest agrees to the storage and processing of their personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 101, item 926 as amended) by Zyg Zak Artur Nowobilski with its registered office in Białka Tatrzańska at Środkowa 182, 34-405 Białka Tatrzańska for the purposes necessary to carry out the guest’s stay at the hotel, as well as using other services provided by the hotel. The guest has the right to access their personal data and to correct it. Data will not be disclosed to other recipients. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to conclude the contract.
- Rooms in the guesthouse are rented by nights or for a previously reserved period.
- The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM.
- The reception is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Reservations are made for an individual or company who will pay for the services.
- For advance reservations, an advance payment (no less than for one hotel night) is required.
- The deposit for the reservation must be paid within 3 days from making the reservation or within another deadline agreed upon with the guesthouse. Failure to pay the deposit within this period automatically cancels the reservation.
- Accommodation is not guaranteed for those who have not made a reservation and/or paid the deposit.
- Reservations are considered confirmed after the agreed deposit is paid to the guesthouse account. At the same time, paying the deposit and thus making a valid reservation means acceptance of these Regulations by the person making the reservation.
- The deposit paid for the reservation may or may not be refundable (depending on the offer).
- In case of a desire to change the reservation date to another convenient one, there is a one-time possibility at least 7 days before the start of the stay, depending on room availability (depending on the offer).
- The change of reservation date as per point 14 may only be made once.
- Failure of the guest to arrive at the hotel by 9:00 AM the next day (arrival on the following day) is equivalent to cancellation of the stay unless the guest previously informed the hotel in writing or by email at rezerwacja@pensjonatnovobilski.pl (applies to reservations with deposit payment).
- Failure of the guest to arrive at the guesthouse by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival is equivalent to canceling the reservation and the possibility of renting the room to another guest (for reservations without a deposit), if not agreed otherwise.
- Guests are obliged to register immediately upon arrival by showing a valid identity document with a photo.
- In case of refusal to show an identity document, the reception has the right to refuse registration of the guest.
- The guest wishing to extend their stay beyond the period indicated upon arrival should notify the reception by 9:00 AM on the day the room rental period expires. The facility will consider the extension request depending on availability.
Price for extending a hotel day:
- up to 2:00 PM is 100.00 PLN
- after 2:00 PM it is the price of the next hotel day.
Staying in the room or leaving belongings after 12:00 PM is treated as an extension and results in a charge for an additional rental day according to the current price of the next hotel day. Payment for the stay is made on the day of arrival, but no later than the next day.
- The fee for the unused part of the stay due to late arrival or early departure does not result in a refund. Failure of the guest to arrive at the guesthouse by 9:00 AM the next day (arrival on the following day) is equivalent to cancellation of the stay (applies to reservations with a deposit).
- Unused services do not result in a refund.
- Meals are served at the following times:
- breakfast: 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM
- dinner: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Failure to appear during the designated hours is equivalent to cancellation of the meal. According to point 6 of these regulations, the payment for the meal is non-refundable.
